Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing and shipment date to avoid being charged and shipped for that cycle. Cancellations received after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle.

No Refunds on Processed Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our protein cakes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

Pausing Your Subscription
